I have a degree in electrical engineering with a focus on communications engineering and have spent many years working in the IT and telecommunications industry. During that time, I learned how to solve complex challenges, optimize processes, and communicate with customers on an equal footing. However, it was my transition into leadership that truly ignited my passion: working with people. I realized that interpersonal dynamics can be just as exciting and challenging as technical innovations.

My career has taken me from technical support through project management and process design to customer service—always with a solution-oriented approach.
